Anti-static PE original film is mainly divided into single-sided (adhesive side) anti-static, double-sided (adhesive side, reverse side) anti-static two kinds. The principle of anti-static PE original film with rubber surface is to add anti-static agent to the original anti-static PE film glue water and apply the glue to make it have anti-static effect.

 

There are two ways to prevent static electricity on the reverse side: one is to apply an anti-static coating on the original anti-static PE film, and the other is to add an anti-static agent during the production of the original anti-static PE film. The former method of adding coating is easy to damage the coating during storage and transportation, and weaken the anti-static effect. This is why the storage period of anti-static PET original film is shorter than that of ordinary PET original film. This kind of anti-static PET original film has the advantage of low cost. The disadvantage of the last method of adding anti-static agent is the high cost, but the shelf life is relatively long, so many customers choose to use this anti-static PE original film for shipping protection.
