No matter how the external air conditions change, the dust-free purification workshop is required to maintain the original cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and pressure parameters. According to the requirements of the protective film produced, the cleanliness of the dust-free purification workshop has different levels of 100, 1,000, 10,000, 100,000, and 300,000.

 

In the dust-free purification workshop, the operator is the biggest source of bacteria and dust under dynamic conditions. Therefore, before entering the dust-free purification workshop, the operator must wear clean clothes and blow clean air in the wind room for 15 seconds to remove the dust particles attached to the surface of the clothes to ensure that the protective film produced is clean and pollution-free of.
